nardo
Does anyone have any recipes or info on other info on making at home? I am seeking these for a research project, and my main focus is pre prohibition/historic whiskeys. If this were being done today wouldnt this be called value added agriculture? tdelling
It would help if you told us what you've read so far, and perhaps a littlemore about the goals of your research. The canonical source is "Moonshining as a fine art" from The Foxfire Book,a.k.a. "Foxfire 1".It's also worthwhile to do a search here on straightbourbon.com for thewords moonshine, moonshining, shine, etc... we've talked about most of thebooks and websites and other source material over the years.Tim Dellinger
