wrbriggs
Well, I think I've got some sort of disease. I seem to be buying bourbon faster than I can drink it. On top of my standard stash, I got three new bottles from my wife for my birthday. That spurred me on, and I have just now picked up three MORE bottles: Rock Hill Farms, Elmer T. Lee and Old Forrester 100 proof. Is there any cure? Does it slow down once you've tried most of the available bourbons? I just keep wanting to try "one more" new bourbon. greenbob
Is there any cure?As with any addiction you've got to worry about the "enablers." And one problem is that 100% of the participants in this forum are enablers. But in any event, could you please give your wife this message. My birthday is on September 15th.Thank you. TNbourbon
Don't worry -- you can always bring them to the Gazebo for the Sampler (April) or Festival (September), and they'll be gone in no time. Call it the 12-step process (it's about 12 steps from the General Nelson parking lot to their Gazebo!).
