Oscar Getz events at Bourbon Festival 2001

Well folks, Flaget and I decided who will be asked to participate at the Bourbon Heritage Seminar at this year's Bourbon Festival. We have a verbal commitment from James "Buddy" Thompson who used to own Glenmore. We are asking Chris Morris from Brown-Forman, Elmer T. Lee from Buffalo Trace and Dave Pickerel from Maker's Mark. Our guest writer this year is going to be Chuck Cowdery. Yes folks, I have a commitment from Chuck and he is going to the festival and has accepted a place on this year's panel. Now I need to work on him to see if he will be a guest lectuer at the Oscar Getz Academy of American Whiskey. How about it Chuck, Are you interested? The other two faculty members will be myself in history and Ed Foote as a retired Master Distiller.
