Cruising by a liquor store I rarely frequent today and saw a sign that said "anniversary sale". So I stopped in and asked if that meant any bourbon was on sale, and he said look for the green stickers. Ten High, no thanks, JD, no thanks, JW Dant, nope. So I was on my way out and he says, "over here we keep the single barrels". So I swing over to where he was, and he says "they are all on sale". Hallelujah chorus goes off now. ORVW15/107 $35, Rock Hill Farms with chain $31, Old Whiskey River $20, Pappy 20 $62, every last one of them at least 10% off. My collection grows, my bank account shrinks, and I have a glass of ORVW in my hand as I type this, life is good.
