BourbonJoe
I have volunteered to update the Bourbon Database on this site. I have begun my task and hit the first stumbling block. The database lists Bulleit Bourbon as follows: 1. Bulleit Bourbon - Distilled at Ancient Age 2. Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey - Four Roses 3. Bulleit - Leestown Distilling Questions: 1. Do all of these 3 Bulleits still exist? 2. Where is Bulleit currently distilled? Thanks Much, Joe
Hedmans Brorsa
Joe,I´m sure there are lots of knowledgeable people here who can correct me if I´m wrong but I´m pretty sure that the Bulleit of today is exclusively a Four Roses product.

Yes, and no: I'm sure there are examples of all out there someplace -- the original Bulleits were released in 1995; John Lipman had the 100-proof Thoroughbred version at the Sampler Gazebo gathering this spring -- but only the current 'Frontier' label is currently bottled.2. The current Bulleit Frontier bourbon is bottled by Four Roses.Leestown Distilling and Ancient Age both are former names for Buffalo Trace. My guess is the original two Bulliets -- a 90 proof and the above-mentioned 100 -- were given different provenances for whatever reason.
