I just got some Wathens SB from 1999. The case stated that they were made (bottled?) at DSP-MO-16. Does anyone know which distillery this is? Would this stuff be better than the new stuff out of California?

The Wathens from 1999 has many fans on this board, this writer included. Most of us find this vintage superior to that currently being distributed. Enjoy! It's a very satisfying pour.

I just reviewed the thread of Wathens that was recently active.

Is the bourbon to which you refer in this new thread the same you were talking about in that thread?
