SBOmarc
The products speak for themselves. What I also wish to comment on is BT's communication to my every email and request. I get honest answers as well as ways to get their products, as much as I can ...out here in SoCal. I will remain patient and await the expected delivery of what they have promised will be available, eventually. Till then I congratulate them and applaud what they have accomplished. CrispyCritter
Great going! Appropriately, before I even read this, I had just opened up a new bottle of BT. As with the last bottle I had, it's one great bourbon!None of the Buffalo Trace products I've tried (BT, Stagg, WLW12, Weller Antique 107, ETL, Saz Sr. and Jr., ERSB) have disappointed me. That, and little touches like the Antique Collection data sheets, and our good frend Ken Weber, have made them a favorite of mine, too.IMO, the honor is well-deserved. IMHO, Buffalo Trace may very well make a habit of winning this award of distinction quite often in years to come. As simply stated: "the honor is well-deserved".....that says it all. Mad Mac
I would also like to add my kudos to BT - not just for their fantastic products, but for the way they treat their customers. I recently placed an order for some merchandise through the BT website and there was a small problem with it. When I pointed the mistake out, Ken W. was immediate in his reply, and went overboard (way overboard, according to my wife) in making things right. You just don't see that too often these days, and even if I didn't care for their bourbon and rye (although God didn't make me that stupid), I would praise them to the moon for the way they treat people. Please don't ever change!
