How do you top "Whiskey of the Year?" Today Heaven Hill announces the

release of its 1991 vintage of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Its predecessor--the 1990 vintage of

Evan Williams Single Barrel, was awarded "Whiskey of the Year" last

year. The brand was the first Bourbon ever to achieve such a status.

Recognized as the world's only vintage-dated Single Barrel Bourbon, the

latest offering from Heaven Hill Master Distiller Parker Beam is the

sixth vintage in a critically-acclaimed series that has been called "one

of the most renowned success stories" by a prominent publication. Each

vintage has gotten higher marks, culminating with "Whiskey of the Year."

This latest vintage-dated offering is scheduled for January 2001

release.
