I think it may be just a little too hot if that's possible. Last year's seamed easier to taste. Of course I am slowly acquiescing that a few drops of filtered water help immensely. I can't get over how sweet this stuff is. I guess that and the strength go hand in hand after 15 years of evaporation and condensation. I am also particularly amused by the ether like evaporation off the tongue that seems to leave the entire flavor behind. You guys can all discuss and analyze what exactly the flavor is I guess. I just like it!And, I'll not soon loose that mental image of my English friend, Pete, eyes wide, wafting his hands by his cheeks, gleefully exclaiming, "When does this ever stop?
