Nebraska
I recently came across some older bottles of Chivas Regal Royal Salute. If I decide I want them, I think I can pick them up for a price that would be a large bargain. It's only a bargain however if it's something you want. I've had regular Chivas which I'm thinking wouldn't compare. I've had Johnnie Walker Blue (which I liked) but not for the price. Any opinions on Chivas Royal Salute?P.S. I have to look closer at the bottles, but they appeared to be tax stamped.
BarItemsPlus1
Mark I haven't had this for some time but I do remember it being rather sweet? My palate was no where near as developed as it is now, however if my memory serves me correctly there was very little, if none at all smokieness about the Royal Salute, not like the JW Blue.Just out of curiosity...what are you able to get them for?? PM me if you want...Cheers!

heatmiser
I haven't had the Chivas Royal Salute but absolutely love the Chivas 18. I am not that fond of their standard 12 year version.
