I was at a 40th birthday party at a American Legion hall and wandered into the bar to check the score of The Yankees game. I glanced over the bottles as I always do and noticed what appeared to be a bottle of Wild Turkey with a maroon colored label.

Anyone know anything about this? Is it an old bottle? I didn't sample any as it wasn't the time or place to ask too many questions.

Why no questions? Was the bartender a Red Sox fan? Probably a good choice then, he's probably pretty cranky now. :D

Was it a brown label versus maroon? The previous 101 label was a dark brown.
