This was published in the Louisville paper "The Courier Journal" on Sunday.

http://www.courier-journal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20061022/BUSINESS/610220356/1003

In the actual newspaper, there's a picture of the 4 grain and a picture of the EWSB 1997.

I know, I know...like we didn't know this stuff

If you visit thier web page...save youself alot of time...This kinda news and it seems that anything bourbon related is always in the "business" section.

I'll give the Courier-Journal credit for actually having a reporter, albeit from the Business Section, assigned to the distillery beat. It used to be David Goetz, who recently passed the baton to Alex Davis. As a consequence, the CJ's whiskey stories tend to be a little more authoritative than those written by most general assignment reporters.

What I took most from this article is that this is the second and final release of the 4-grain.

Well, after years of uncertainty as to why I took to whiskey drinking, the article eventually provided me with a plausible answer : apparently I have an unquenchable desire to emulate the rich.

Single-barrel bourbon isn't mixed with other barrels, so the flavor varies from bottle to bottle.

He kinda mixed his metaphors on this one.
