I have just done a flight of PVW 12 lot B, PVW 15, and PVW 20 and wondered if you all have done the same. I must say this is the first time I tried the lot B and thought it was the best overall. I rated the 20yr as second and the 15yr as third. This has been a wonderful tasting experience. Has anyone done the flight of 10 yr through 23 yr? I have all five but I will have to go dry for a few days to do this.

I've had them all but not in the same sitting. It's been a while since I've had them but as I remember each are extremely different in flavor profiles. I just so happen to like all three!

A little while back we tasted the 20, Pappy 15, Lot B and ORVW 10. The Pappy 15 won on that day.

Joe,

I did this flight on the bourbon dinner at Bourbon bistro in Louisville when Julian did conduct in September. It was the 90 proof version of the 10 years and the first time I did taste that one. All row the 107 version is a favourite of mine this was an enormous disappointment. Pappy 15 seemed in a class of its own, probably partly due to the low proof of the others.

Same for me, I prefer the 15 yr over the others, maybe due to the increased proof. Taken as a family, they are for me the best of the bourbon world.
