What is the most bitter American Whiskey?

Is there a bitter tasting Bourbon, Rye or other American Whiskey out there???

If so...which one(s) is it for you?

The only Bourbon I can call bitter is Elijah Craig.

I call the extreme acidicic taste of a lime or lemon bitter. I have not found this tasting element in anything I have had to date. Either that is I am not looking for it, or I just don't pick it up. I am not sure....
