Partida Anejo Tequila

Spent Christmas day with the in-laws. My father-in-law has a friend that purchased the Partida Tequila Co. a few years ago. As a Christmas gift he sent my father in law three bottles, Anejo, Blanco, and Reposado. I had some of the Anejo and it was wonderful. Very smooth, excellent flavor. I don't know how it compares to other premium Tequilas, but I really enjoyed it.

Let me know if you want some recommendations for tequila. This was my first passion for spirits and I have tasted over 100 different kinds. Partida is pretty good but there are much better out there. Tell me what you like in it and I can recommend a few others for you.

I appreciate the offer. I did enjoy the Partida, and I guess having my father in laws friend own the company gave it some personal interest on my part.

I don't think I will be indulging too much more into Tequila. I only have so much money, room and time to drink! Bourbon really hits the spot for me.

To try and be a good host I try to keep a little variety of Spirits around and if I can have a bottle with a little story behind it, all the better.
