Jim Mora's "Playoffs" quote is a fun one, but that said, it's a shame that Jim's most memorable quote was an exasperated retort. He's an excellent football man and has raised a fine family.

I got an answer from someone at CVI.

BMH: 70 corn, 20 rye, 10 wheat is what they try for.

Does that seem right?

I guess if they actually made the whiskey they're selling it wouldn't be so hit or miss.
