Anyone else notice a nutty/buttery taste in this bourbon?

I looked on their website and didn't see any mention of flavoring, it's probably a secret, but I swear there is a nutty flavor almost like that of cashews in this bourbon.

Artificial or additional 'flavoring' is prohibited in bourbon, so there are no secrets, in that regard. All the distilleries are making bourbon by the same rules. All of the flavors you find -- and you'll find many that remind you of something (it's part of what makes bourbon so fascinating) come from the grain and charred oak barrels in which the whiskey's aged.

And the yeast.
