Good way to Round out My Bourbon's

What next bottle would help me round out the flavors?

I must say, the EWSB is a surprise bourbon to me...very good price point for a good daily pour.

As for rounding out your bourbon's....I would add a bottle of VW Lot B or maybe a Weller 107. There are so many great, mid-priced bourbons, it really comes down to personal preference.

Get an Elmer T. Lee or Rock Hill Farms. Your Buffalo Trace is from Buffalo Trace's low rye recipe, while these are from their high rye recipe. ETL is moderately priced, RHF is expensive. Both are delicious.

You also have no Beam whiskey. Try a Knob Creek or an Old Grand Dad 100 or 114 proof.

Good advice here. To get some different ends of the spectrum, try Weller 12, and then maybe OGD 100 or WT 101.

As far as brands go, you got some BT, try OGD, Bakers, Bookers for some Beam products. Got to get some VW products though. Lot B or some 15 yr.

As far as everyday grabs go, get Weller Ant 107, OC 12, Beam Black, WTRB, ER SB, and all the other mentions above, ETL, KC, and something VW...

I second the recommendation of Weller Antique 107 (a wheater). Five dollars less than MM and ten dollars better tasting. Also there is no harm in trying a rye or two. WT Rye and Saz Jr. are favorites of mine. Comparing a straight rye to a ryed bourbon is a great way to educate one's palette with regard to what rye brings to the flavor profile of bourbon.

You have two Heavan Hill products, one Wild Turkey and one Buffalo Trace. I'd say you "round out" either by getting something from another distillery (Old Forester 100 would be my pick), or a different style, i.e. a wheater. The best wheater I know is Weller Centennial.

FWIW, my support on this suggestion as well. In fact, I would head to the top......the OGD 114. You'll get a very nice bang for your buck with 114 as well as its unique ability to light up the night.....or day!
