cowdery Posted July 2, 2000 Share Posted July 2, 2000 I only saw part of the show, but Emeril Lagasse on the Food Network was doing a show recently on Kentucky cooking and his special guests were Booker and Freddy Noe! I also noticed that, when Emeril added bourbon to something, he used Maker's Mark, not a Jim Beam product.
