Does anyone have some suggestions for the hand picked Binny's whiskies?

I'm looking at the single malts but open for American of course, ETL or ER.

I'm looking for a bottle around $50 or under.

Cheers!

Their hand selected ETL is fantastic, haven't opened the Eagle Rare yet.

Cheers

I too can highly recommend the ETL..... (mine almost disapeared in one session)

I've been sitting on a bottle of their ETL, I'll have to open it soon. Their Weller 12 is real nice too, though I've never had any other Weller 12.

I had the exact same experience.

I am going to get the Binny's ETL after just finishing a standard ETL.

I have a question, if you could only choose one, would you pick the Binny's Eagle Rare or the Antique Collection Eagle Rare?

Wow. Sounds like the ETL hands down.

Looks like I may go with American over Scottish after all.

I had a SB Elmer T that didn't wow me, but one of the best bottles of Buffalo Trace I ever had was a SB from Binnys. It was sublime!

I have had both... loved both... aslo you should try the name brand Buffalo Trace. You can go wrong with anything from Buffalo Trace, including Buffalo Trace, Elmer T. Lee, and Eagle rare. Better yet, get it from Binnys as it is single barrel.

But why is this in Foreign Whiskey ??

A while back, I had a 20yo Highland Park, bottled by Signatory, that was a Binny's selection. It wasn't quite the same as any OB versions I have tried, but I could nonetheless recognize it as a Highland Park. I liked it well enough that I bought (and drank) a second bottle of it.

Back on the bourbon side, I've never been disappointed by any of the Binny's picks of various BT products.

I bought a bottle of Signatory 10yr. Edradour from Binny's a year or so ago and it is a very good SMS. This particular one was age in sherry barrels and ran about 50.00. I have also had a bottle of Binny's hand picked Weller Antique and it was quite good!
