lovejones
I know this has been discussed here alot, but could someone tell me if the new Pappy 15 will be Stitzel-Weller? I know it closed in 1992, so we should be close to the end of SW Pappy 15.The 20 and 23 are safe for a while.
mozilla
The age statment refers to the youngest age that the whisky can be. That being said...I'm not sure. Wheated bourbon whiskey has been made by several distilleries (HH,BT, & UD{sw,glenmore}) in the past, which, could account for a supply of that age in the market place. Or better said... in Julian's warehouse somewhere. Only a guess though.Jeff M
cowdery
As I understand it, the most recent bottling of Pappy 15 included some non-Stitzel whiskey, specifically Bernheim. Some, not all.
Gillman
Interesting. I had recently in Louisville a dram of Pappy 15 and it seemed the best ever. If a mingling, it is working very well.Gary
