TomH
Since I was spending my time in airports and jets this week, I tried catching up on my podcasts. On Whiskycast it was reported that HH is going to be releasing a collection to honor Parker Beam with his name on it - had not be officially announced though in late July when the podcast was made. I didn't remember seeing anything on that here. Anyone know anything about this one ?Tom
bluesbassdad
I have no idea, so I just now went to the Heaven Hill state and asked the question. It will be fun to see whether I get an answer that contains any actual information. Or will it look somewhat like the following:"We at Heaven Hill continue to introduce new products designed to expand our markets in response to consumer demand. The introduction of any new product line will be announced in due course through press releases and advertising."Thank you for your interest in Heaven Hill products. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have additional questions."Hell, I bet I could write that stuff for a living! Yours truly,Dave Morefield

Hedmans Brorsa
I look forward to this. Gradually, I have come to recognize EWSB as the perhaps most professionally accomplished bourbon. Hopefully this one continues in the same vein. Also, here´s hoping that it won´t be such a chore to track it down.

Phischy
Well San Diego is the 8th largest city in the US (right behind San Antonio) so I guess I"m calling both Bevmo and Holiday to find out if they're getting this. 6,700 bottle is NOT many! boone
Yesterday I asked Larry Kass for a bottle of Parker's Heritage for my party   He said yes    I asked if it's "Bourbon" and they said definitely it was bourbon    The other's will be a Rye, Corn and then a Wheat whiskey   I also asked what took so long in getting information on this product. He said that they didn't get label approval until late.I called Toddy's and asked did they have it?....They told me that they expect to have it "right before" the Bourbon Festival.
