I will be between Lexington and Louisville at the end of September for a week. Any suggestions on must see or do's? I will be busy during business hours so I won't be able to get to a distillery, but I do plan on eating/drinking at the Bourbon's Bistro. Staying at the Hyatt in Lexington a few days and the Galt House a few days.

Any other suggestions? Will the new Stagg be available yet?
