BUFFALO TRACE BOURBONS EARN HIGH HONORS

2007 International Wine & Spirits Competition names medal winners

Franklin County, Kentucky — The International Wine & Spirits Competition announced its 2007 winners. The whiskeys of Buffalo Trace Distillery earned multiple medals for their already highly decorated brands. The competition was recently held in London , England . The following Buffalo Trace products received medals:

· Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old—Gold Medal & Best in Class

· George T. Stagg— Gold Medal & Best in Class

· Thomas H. Handy Rye — Gold Medal & Best in Class

· Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 year old— Gold Medal & Best in Class

· William Larue Weller— Silver Medal & Best in Class

· Sazerac Rye— Silver Medal & Best in Class

· Eagle Rare Single Barrel— Bronze Medal

· Pappy Van Winkle 20 year old— Bronze Medal
