St. George California Absinthe

I recently got hold of a bottle of the new St. George Absinthe from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California. I tried it at varying strengths and sweetness levels and did a side by side with Lucid, the new French Absinthe which I recently tried and really liked.

I loved the St. George. It's flavors were bolder and more complex than the Lucid, which really paled in comparison.

It's brand new on the market and still pretty hard to find, but that should change with time.
