birdman1099
I'm in Cincinnati for a couple days. Are there any big liquor stores I need to hit?I've already had a successfull drive up here. So far I've managed to pick up some Willett pot still Reserve, Vintage 17,Weller 12,Parker Heritage, and 07 WLW.I'd really like to find an ER 17 while I'm here.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
OscarV
These two are not in Cincinnati but are close. I'll include the address so you can do a Map Quest. They are both in KY and have Four Roses, Party Source has a selected bottle of FRSB.Cork And Bottle501 Crescent AveCovington, KY 41011The Party Source95 Riviera DrBellevue, KY 41073
jburlowski
There are (basically) no good bourbon stores in Cincinnati. Go immediately across the river to the ones suggested.
cowdery
Just to reinforce what the others have already said, you have to cross one of the bridges and do your bourbon shopping in Kentucky. I recommend the one that looks like the Brooklyn Bridge. Roebling built this one too, first. It's the prototype for the Brooklyn Bridge. It's one of Cincinnati's most important and underappreciated attractions. Those are the right stores but I probably would recommend The Party Source a little more highly, just because that's Jay Erisman's store. He knows his whiskey and if you mention this web site, he will know what you are talking about.
