Old west lesson.......they survived the tasting...actually, in good shape...

at 80 proof....relatively "smooth if not smooth as silk"

Most interesting was their tasting of Old Overholt. A fair amount of historical backround.

there is a link to the right to Fed Noe hosting a tasting of all of the JB products - very informative. worth the time when you find an extra minute or two.
