trumpstylz
I almost bought a bottle of ezra brooks 12 yr Single barrel. However, when I picked up the bottle and shook it I noticed a bunch of little light colored specks at the bottom. I had to shake it kind of hard. A lot of the bottles had this, and I noticed it at more than one location. Anybody know why this is? Has anyone else noticed it?
VERITAS
This often happens when the bottle has been subjected to very cold weather and then brought back to room temperature. At work we recently received a shipment of JD that had the specks that was probably due to being shipped across the U.S. From what I hear it tastes just fine - the specks don't harm the product at all. If you would like you can remove them with a strainer or a coffee filter.Kindest,Geb
