Bourbon and Banana Pancake Syrup

So last night we wanted pancakes, but the sugar-free syrup didn't hit the spot. So, I melted down two tablespoons of butter and 1/3 cup of brown sugar and topped them with a double shot of my bourbon vatting and set the mix aflame. As the flames dissipated, I tossed in two slice bananas and finally a cup of the syrup. It sure did the trick!
