Bourbon Flavored Chocolate

Does anyone have interest in tasting and reviewing some Bourbon flavored chocolate? We have manufactured it here in Australia using an essence provived to us from Jim Beam (totally legit and licensed !!). Not actually sure what we're going to do with it yet but thought you folks might be interested...

I would be very interested in trying some. Last year I was buying a new dark chocolate every week. Until I found Green and Blacks 70%, which I think is just about the best unflavored chocolate I've ever had (most of my friends don't agree). Tried many flavors too... chocolate with chiles, with mango, chai & ginger, hemp seed, espresso, dark cherries, mint, lavender... the list goes on.

I'd be very interested in seeing how yours compares, since I love both bourbon and chocolate. Did you make chocolates with varying cacao content, or are they all the same "strength" so to speak?

All you Aussies send me through some details and as soon as we've sorted our packaging issues I'll send some out. Getting it to the US might be a problem especially during summer ! We are looking at making a personal trip over at some stage in the near future so I can probably bring some then....

I have some friends with a Web site for chocolate reviews. They always welcome free samples. They are mostly in the UK, but with the Internet none of that really matters.
