I haven’t tasted the Hirsch 21 and BMH 23, but the first have got almost exclusively bad reviews here on the forum and 23 years are a bit old for most brands. I did drink a whole bottle of Mitchers 10 when in Kentucky 2006. Tasted very dry, woody and generally overage to me. Most people consider willet 22 and Sazerac18 top brands.
