1792. It's been about a year since I cracked open this bottle. Doesn't taste as smooth as I remembered, but sweeter and stronger - like ETL but with a more powerful (though not unpleasant) finish.

Four Roses Single Barrel, "Hand Selected By Binny's, Barrel #1", neat.

Got all three of Binny's 4R1B last year.

I have already been thru #2 now I'm on #1.

Brett describes it this way, "soft, fat and sweet, very subtle."

I concur.

Not that it competes with Binny's but I am enjoying a bit of Cork & Barrel select barrel #9 4RSB. Sweetness, spice, wood and burn all balanced in a stately but spirited gigue of deliciousness on my palate.

Like J.S. Bach on period instruments in period style. Balanced and elegant, yet passionate and vigorous. I think I need more.

Had a Bulleit after dinner then ran up to the store for an ER 10/90. It's been about 6 weeks and I couldn't take it anymore. Ahh, I love the BT musty smell.

Awhile ago, WT RR90. After dinner, a nice pour of Old Fitz BIB. Now that this handle has breathed a little some deeper toffee and molasses flavors are coming out.

The VOB BIB was good, but it didn't change our luck. Bravos go down, 4-0. But, this OF Signature I'm getting into now, is stellar. It's been a while since I've had this one. Very dark, in color. Black licorice and leather. Dryish, without being astringent. Nice caramel, on the nose. A hint of...orange? Just, super.
