ILLfarmboy Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 One of the best and most consistent Barrel Aged beers is Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout. They use Heaven Hill barrels for this. They do a good job with it and it cellars wonderfully. Damn. I think I saw this at the liquor store earlier today. 15%..... black label with large white lettering.
