nor02lei
I did start to drink Fernet Branca when I was 22. I still like it a lot and that’s more than I can say of anything else I liked to drink at that age. It has always tasted the same until now. The new version has lowered the proof from 80 to 78. I thought that it wasn’t the same taste when I had it at home, but I figured that it was just the shape of the day. However on my vacation In Spain I had a couple of half blind side by sides with the new 39 % and the classic 40 and the difference was very clear. The newer stuff is sweeter and less bitter and I bit lighter in general basically. Not at all to my liking. This is even worse than the JD drowning of the old number 7!Leif
