hectic1
WTRB W-T-01-97 bottling...definitely spice and a bit more wood to it then the standard 101...I think it's a little tight right now but once I let it sit for a couple weeks it might open up a bit more. MissinER101
I have been doing a bunch of marinating with bourbon and making "Chapeez-tinis" for the wife and have been using a Makers Mark given to me by a brother-in-law and just ran out.So while out today I bought a 4 Roses Yellow and just finished a pour, talk about a disappointment! It had no nose and was the liquid version of tofu, I knew I had a drink in my mouth but the taste buds kept yelling "OK we're ready where is it!", not sure it will even make a good marinade. So I poured a dab of Evan Williams from a 200th Birthday decanter.....Now this is bourbon!!!!!!!!!!!!
