Got my Bulleit Rye yesterday and getting ready for a mid-day pour with a fat ham sandwich.

Good day at the liquor store. Cleaned em out of the 15. Thinking of going back for more lot B tomorrow.

O.K., I understand the bunkering of Pappy 15, but why on earth would you stockpile massiive quantities of Lot B in MD? I see it on the self year round here. Unless someone is planning to start a Lot B is going away thread to inspire panic in the masses?

I picked up a VWFRR "I" today. It looked lonely on the shelf.

Best part of my night: Brought home a Pappy 15.

Worst part of my night: Had to leave 6 others on the shelf because a one-per-customer limit.

I did manage to find a couple dusties. Two bottles of Old Fitzgerald (DSP-16). :-)

$15 Stitzel-Weller juice....umm, yes please.

I picked up two more bottles of Colonal E.H. Taylor BIB for the bunker.

haven't seen lot b on the shelves anywhere near me in over 5 months. only about a case left in all montgomery county. flying off the shelves. not getting any more that they know of. haven't seen any in the dc stores either. selling on ebay for $60, i paid $35. I only bought two bottles. Don't consider that massive. probably will get two more. hope that explains it. Oh, and i like it.

I apologize if I offended you, I didn't mean to. I guess I just never considered the stuff hard to get in this area (so no reason to bunker it). It's been sitting on the self in the Burtonsville Monty county store for at least a month (so not from this release). It was still there last week when I went in to get a leftover Handy for autiger. So, if you need more, ...

According to the people in charge of Monty county, they are on the list to get Lot B and PVW 23.

I just tracked down 3 bottles of VWFRR in NY and my friend grabbed all 3 bottles. I'll be getting 2 of them so I'm pretty happy about that since it's nowhere to be found around here.

Today I placed an order with my favorite out of state seller for two bottles of Old Charter 10 and one bottle of AAA 10. Can't get these in New Mexico.

picked up 3 bottles of pappy 23 in the fall for 149 each. a mile away in dc it was 225. i love county control! my buddy owns a store in dc and he can't touch these prices. wine on the other hand, not so good. luckily i live within 5 miles of three states!
