Miller is also owned by a foreign company.

If you want to buy American, then buy Sierra Nevada or Founders or Three Floyds or Stone or hundreds of others. As a bonus, you'll get beer that tastes good.

Miller was owned by South African Breweries and Coors owned by Molson, then they merged.

Yeah, this is going to be tough on everybody. There are several issues as I understand it. Miller/Coors (which includes a ton of brands) can't sell in MN right now because their label registrations have expired. I see the Department of Public Safety is telling them they have to pull the product-- but who would enforce it? The highway patrol? Local departments?

Anheuser Busch's label registrations are up in October, if it goes that long.

The other issue is the individual retailers whose "buyer's cards" have or will expire. They're really screwed when it comes to beer because it's perishable. At least they can stock up on liquor assuming they can come up with the money.

Yet another consequence of stupid government. Welfare crackheads still get their benefits while the workingman/taxpayer gets deprived of his beer, which provideds more taxes to the state. Now might be a good time to charter a U-Haul to another state!
