OscarV Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 I am far from being an expert on Jack Daniels, very far actually.But I would be suprised if the whiskey is any different than what is in the standard bottle.Like Maker's Mark, JD wants to sell bottles and the whiskey is secondary. They make three whiskeys, Old No. 7, Gentleman Jack, and Single Barrel. Everything the sell is one of those three, usually Old No. 7, though sometimes the proof changes.
