I didn't know if this was appropriate for the "Good Deals" forum as it's not about whiskey (didn't find any great deals). But I'm visiting my brother in Chicago and was just at the gigantic South Jefferson St. Binny's and they've got some great stuff there.

Killepitsch, herb liqueur from Duesseldorf, Germany -- much, much better than Jaegermeister and for only $10 (closeout bin)!

That's cheaper than in Germany. If you like real bitters, you must try this. Thick, full-bodied, full-flavored. Goes great in a Little Italy (see http://www.straightbourbon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14705&highlight=little+italy) or alone, keep it in the freezer. There were 3 or 4 bottles left this afternoon after I took 2 to take with me back to Boston.

Etter Eau de Vie - Framboise 375ml for $20 or $25 (end of bin).

Sorry, I bought the last 750ml for $30, but it's still a great deal. This is raspberry brandy from Switzerland, made by distilling only from raspberry mash, not with neutral grain spirits as cheaper ones do. If you like fruit brandies, you must try this!

Framboise (raspberry) liqueur from Dijon, Burgundy, 750ml for $15 (end of bin).

Burgundy is the traditional home of the best cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) as well as raspberry, peach, and other fruit liqueurs, especially in Nuits-Saint-Georges about 20km south of Dijon. This isn't the best I've had, but for $15 it's a great deal. And if you just want to try a smaller one, I think the 375 is $10. One way to drink this is to put a couple drops in the bottom of a champagne flute along with an equal quantity of peach (peche) liqueur and fill the rest with a sparkling wine. Even one that isn't altogether great. A bartender in Burgundy taught me that one. Try it!

Hope this was helpful for you Chicagoland people :)
