I have limited experience with the label, but may have to take a tour of the distillery next time I am in San Francisco and fix this problem.I've only ever owned one bottle which is not in front of me, so I can't remember the "essay," though I know it ended in the letter "A." I really like the stuff but a few friends described it as merely "pleasant" and "too refined." Perhaps if it were stronger than 90 proof it would have more zing but I'm enjoying it just the same.
