I have always liked a Tom Collins made with fresh lemons and club soda, but it did taste like a Tom Collins.I remember when I was in college there was this bar on Peachtree Street in Atlanta (Foster's?). The bartender used to fix me the fresh lemon and club soda Tom Collins and, at the time, it was my favorite drink in the world.I think I need to buy some lemons and club soda.
