Coming back to the office today on a rainy rainy day in ATL, and after a boaring depo, stopped in a small package store and found 1 lonely bottle of Blanton's for $40-dumped in Jan 2008. It found a new home and lifted my spirits. :grin:

The Rare Breed is good stuff. One of my favorites.

I'm heading out either tonight or tomorrow for bottles of Eagle Rare and BT, along with a laundry list of restocks. Party this weekend.

Found a Prentice bottling (New Orleans) of Eagle Rare 101. Also, given the Mr's fondness for 4R YL, I couldn't pass on this Old Yeller. Will be good for comparisons with the newer stuff, if nothing else.

I do. I spent the weekend getting to know that bottle, and it is outstanding. I posted on one of the other threads that it reminds me of the WT12 split label I've tried. It has a great mouthfeel, which I think is sometimes lacking in WT products.
