fishnbowljoe
I've been away from bourbon for a while, but this morning I had a nice little pour of PHC10. This seems to be my AM go to pour. I don't have to wonder why!:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
jtexaslonestar
When I first tried that bottle it was too hot for me, as are all 4R when I first open them (SmB Std,, SB Std., and 2 different SmB LE) and I did add water. I like it both ways really and any way you drink it will probably be good!On a side note: I was close to deciding I HATED the std. 4R SmB, but after being open for a few months it has turned into a very agreeable pour. Dont' know if it was the whiskey or me that changed...So far this is the same for me. Just opened it last night and after adding a little water tonight.... just tasty! We will see in a month or so how this bottle transforms!

Kalessin
A little ORVW 10/107.I prefer the old-timey bottle and label designs over the recent designs like OWA and Weller SR.

Trey Manthey
Here's a fun game: I asked my lady friend to pour a couple fingers of any of my open 30+ bottles of whiskies to see if I could guess it on a blind taste. I guessed PHC 12, and it turned out to be PHC 10. I was a bit giddy that I got that close.
