HighHorse
Started off with a barrel select Knob Creek that was simply delicious and followed that up with a barrel select Willet 9 year old 124 proof that was possibly the best Willet I've tasted and especially so when I brought it down with a little water. A couple of heady pours for a cold night here in N Florida ... heading toward 35 degrees
White Dog
Current ER, which I picked up for $19.99. I only re-visited this thing because I took a handle of BT with me on vacation last week, and it was perfect for the trip. Sweet and rich, even out of the hotel plastic tumblers near the pool, so I thought let's give ER another chance. What a mistake. For some reason the profile makes me think of rejected HH barrels. And I generally like HH.
drunk
Finally checked out Delilah's downtown Chicago on Tuesday night. Expensive, but they have a helluva selection. Had a few new things before heading over to the Riv to see Soundgarden.Vintage 17Weller 19 - wow, was that goodPure Kentucky - cheap, had to try itBulleit 10 - I guess Tom Bulleit was there last weekDuthies Highland Park 17Delilah's house 13 year, which was fantasticAfter a five hour interview today, I'm relaxing with a few pours of FRSmB '12. All the talk of it turning quickly after being open is forcing me through this one a little quicker than I normally would. Not complaining though. Damn is it good. BFerguson
Enjoyed what was nearly the end of a bottle of a local favorite, VROHH 8/86. For a sub $15 price tag for a liter, it's a bottom shelf bargain favorite!B

smokinjoe
A local guy has done a few barrels of 4R Single Barrel, and all have been very good. Picked up another today, and it is another superb pick. If you could bottle that wonderful smell that you get when you walk through a rickhouse, this would be it. SFS
My very first ever pour of 4RSB. Very nice, and a bit different, but I haven't put my finger exactly what yet. Some buttered rum notes. And I like the 100 proof, doesn't drink that hot. A nice pour indeed.

jeffrey r
Getting ready to open my 2 new bottles of 4R...Let us know what you think. In a short period of time, I've become a full-on FR fan. FR1B is probably my favorite standard pour, and that 2011 FRSmB LE that you picked up is really delicious. Enjoy.I started out with a small pour of GTS cut with water, and now having some V17 wheater. I have the PHC '12 and FRSmB LE bottles out, just not sure if I'll be dipping into them tonight.
