Phil T
Certainly within the realm of possibility, they've got, what, approximately 600,000 barrels of whisky aging in their warehouses.
squire
Guess I'm aging myself by posting outdated information but it's a river of whisky no matter what the number.

TheNovaMan
I'm going to have to disagree with you folks who like the HH white better than the EW BIB. Just a week or so ago, I revisited HH white BIB, VOB BIB, and EW BIB, and I thought EW BIB was the smoothest, most well-rounded of the three. All had been open for at least a couple months. squire
The good thing, the really good thing is, we can have all three for the price of one similar grade NDP in a fancy bottle.

Kpiz
Just saw this in San Diego last night. First time I've see it in CA. Has anyone seen it elsewhere on the West Coast? I was tempted to buy a bottle, but figured it'll probably be available in the Bay Area soon.

Kpiz
just curious.....what does the 750 go for out there?Unfortunately there was no price on them. I was curious as well, but didn't want to ask, because I knew I'd end up buying one. I'll report back if/when I see this in Northern CA.
Kpiz
we have regular old HH BIB white and gold labels hereI wish we had those out west. EWB is a staple in my house, and I'd be happy to spend a few more bucks for something a little better...or just different. It's interesting that the HH white and the EW white are so close in flavor profile. It's not surprising, considering their origins, but I wonder what the reason is for having such similar juice under two names. Maybe Evan Williams is a more recognizable names in some parts? HH can sell it for a few bucks more a bottle, and not have a 6 year age statement on it too. wait and see.....

bourbonfoot
i special ordered one from the hole in the wall place here in KY in May, when it was first released in KY. I too gave $15 for it. I have yet to see anyone in Louisville actually STOCK it though....no loss though, we have regular old HH BIB white and gold labels here, and they are all so close itd be hard to distinguish them in a blind test. i might be able to tell the HH white from the gold, and the EWBIB falls somewhere between them. the gold label is $9.50 and the white is $10.50, so i dont care if i never see EWBIB on a shelf, Id grab the others first anyway
393foureyedfox
Opposite here, we don't get any of the HH products (save for the gold 80 proof, which is on our special order shelf?) and have had EW White lable for awhile. I'd love to try some of the HH.find some HH BIB gold and some HH BIB white, and mix them 50/50 and youll likely end up with EW BIB....thats my take on it
