jeffrey r
Had a generous pour of the Kirkland SmB. Gotta say, it was solid. Compared to KC SmB at $30, and Baker's at $40, I'll have no problem making the Kirkland my standard Beam pour at $20 for 1L.

393foureyedfox
finally opened a bottle of Larceny i bought early this year. i wanted to see if it was worth getting another before the rebate expires next month.nah. sweet up front, not much bite, not a great aftertaste.....id rather take the money and get a HH BIB 6 year or EW BIB instead. even then, those dont pack enough punch to be worth it very often. Kalessin
OFBB 2011 as I continue my summer series of trying various of my open bourbons on the rocks. Not hugely getting into this one, but it's not worth dumping into the sink, either.

JPBoston
A few fat pours of EWB while watching Bates Motel with the wife. The show and whiskey pair well together... both are much better than the basic stats would lead one to believe.ADDED:Closing out the night with a mini-pour of ETL while listening to Pearl Jam's new single. Good to have PJ back with some screaming guitar hooks!!! Edited July 12, 2013 by JPBoston
Kyjd75
Willett FE 20 yr old, 135 proof, purchased at Willett a couple of weeks ago. When first opened, not overly impressive. Now that a couple of weeks have passed, much better results. Just a touch of water added. Believe this one is going to be a good one now.
