WhiskyRI
@bjhowell - go check out Single Cask Nation. They may have some left although there weren't that many bottles and I was only allowed to buy one. It's really damn tasty. Rich, full, with tons of luscious mouthfeel. I don't want to compare it to other high profile bottling but it is in rare territory and I'd take it over many other more sought after cult favorites. Ari
Are there any of these still available. Have a buddy whose daughter is getting Bat Mitzvahed soon and he's looking for something for a gift for the Rabbi. It is all sold out. Maybe a membership to Single Cask Nation would be a good gift. Vadertime
I thought all Heaven Hill Whiskey was Jewish? It pretty great actually- as most of the major brands on Bourbon are sold to foreign interests, HH is one of the holdouts and owned by folks of "immigrant" lineage. My to buy list of current offerings will focus more on HH and BF products, with a bit of BT (Who needs Age International anyways) and indy bottlings in the mix. Hate to have to throw WT under the bus, but I have enough vintage kickin' chicken bunkered to hold me over for a good long while, maybe even a lifetime.Cheers to Heaven Hill!
