kitzg Posted September 24, 2003 Share Posted September 24, 2003 The 4th Annual "Bluegrass" Barrel Rolling ContestSeveral of Kentucky’s finest bourbon distilleries will compete for the barrel rolling championship of the Bluegrass October 4 at Buffalo Trace Distillery. The competition will get underway at 11 a.m. Proceeds will be donated to the Hospice of the Bluegrass/Franklin County and the YMCA. Teams will compete in six events: men’s team; women’s team; men’s individual; women’s individual; men’s management; women’s management. Admission is free and concessions will be provided by WAABI. Proceeds from the concessions and the money raised from the Para mutual betting will also be donated to the Hospice of the Bluegrass/Franklin County and the YMCA. Please bring your lawn chair and come enjoy a day of fun and competition at Buffalo Trace Distillery.Buffalo Trace is located at 1001 Wilkinson Blvd. in Frankfort.
