Had some Lagunitas Hop Stoopid while grilling a cilantro lime flank steak last night. A great choice for drinking at the grill and paired well with the steak!

So much beer tonight. Multiple Sierra PA, MULTIPLE blue ribbons, southern tier live, flying dog raging bitch, and some local brewed IPA from Charleston Brewing.

Cooking dinner, greatly enjoying a Chillwave. W 6th Lemongrass Wheat is on deck.

Just tried a West Sixth Lemongrass American Wheat... not terrible but definitely not my thing.

So back to the Rogue Dead Guy Ale.

Just got off the bike and catching my breath and cooling my jets with a Red Brick Hoplanta. In my new found love of IPA's (little late to the party, huh?), it's much better than I remember... :D

W6 Lemongrass Wheat. Better in the can than the brewery, oddly enough. The lemongrass is noticeable and nice, w a lil bite. Quite refreshing actually. A little more hopping would've done this some good though.

Way to embrace the bottle er...can porn concept Sean! Plus you get artsy style points.

Just grabbed a Hopslam from my last remaining sixer. I think two sixers is enough of a fill to get me by until next year. This one is going down pretty well though...

We just received some more funky artisan beers. Trying one of the Stillwater/omnipollo remix series. This one is a saison with lots of Amarillo dryhopping. Quite tasty. Looking forward to the other one in the series.

Oh damn that sounds fantastic. Love both those guys. Hoping that makes its way to Lex.

I would imagine so. 11 or so for a 22 oz.

We also received some De molen black damnation (black Albert aged on wood with blackberries added). New high of $40 for a 750. Not quite michters celebration but it's close.

Yeah, we have like 4 variations of that one just hanging around collecting dust over here. Obviously not a fast mover at that price.

AtG/Blue Stallion Berwynnerweise collab. Delicious. Lemony and fresh w great carb, would be an ideal summer beer. Or make a killer Arnold Palmer.

ETA: Plus "Bear-leeh-nuh Vice-uh" is just fun to say.

I'm drinking a Brett the hipman hop watching the cats.

I like it as a once in a while beer. Lots of funky Brett and hops.

Are lunch at the ATG brewpub and had a tasty barrel aged doppelbock called Playa Hator.

Picked one of those up today too, Eric. Will try it out soon. Sounds like a great combo, and another terrific name.

Stone Old Guardian, which I'm quite satisfied with.I am not a tried and true Stone fan to say the least but this is rather well done IMO.

Great Lakes Chillwave I was kind of caught off guard with this little jewel, crisp and clean citrusy goodness is what this one is all about.

Victory DirtWolf. It's good but not worth what hype it has. Ryan's Chillwave beats the pants off if this.

I passed on it just tonight per recommendation from my local beer aficionado, guess he was right!

It's fine. I'll have no trouble finishing it. I'd rather have Chillwave, Hi-Res, or DCT though. Hell I'd take plenty of standard Pale Ales over it.

ETA: Which reminds me...saw that there's a Double Daisy Cutter now. *bliss*
