Binny's Single Barrel W12. Followed by OF BB '13. The Binny's Weller is almost perfect as an example of a wheated bourbon with sufficient age. The hallmark flavors of a wheater (carmel, vanilla, baked apples) are all there with enough oak to pull it together into a well integrated pour. Wish I had cases of this-wouldn't need anything else.

Having some OWA with some Blenheim Red Cap thanks to Sean. You were right. Best ginger ale mixer. I had one other thought. That empty Blenheim bottle, would look just perfect all chromed out ;-)

Long weekend of soccer, started with a pour of EWSB '03 Liquor Barn selection. It was a really great bottle. I wanted something a little lower proof. Still pretty spicy. Following up with a pour of Rendezvous Rye.

The NCF bottles were a one-time thing, apparently not to be repeated.

Stagg Jr., Bookers 25th and not moving on to 50/50 blend of Weller 107/Weller 12. Hard to beat that trio.

been on a WT101 kick lately. last night, had that and HH690, and think the HH won by a slight margin. I imagine the age is pretty close on the two, both are very nice.

Gotcha. Surprised they don't offer more often, I know the PS versions sell like hotcakes.

354 was made by B-F and tasted rather more like bourbon than rye, whereas 1 tastes pretty much like one would expect a rye to taste (IMHO).

It's been a BT barrel proofer kind of night to celebrate a great weekend. Started with CEHT BP, now onto some GTS '13. Absolutely love this mashbill.

Went to the michters event at the KY bourbon affair and had all the standard michters plus the 20 year with the dessert course. Brought along some ER17, lville WSR, and m10

Bourbon which we had before going to dinner. Had a taste of the 4R SB that won the SF competition this year with Fred himself.

Another Game of Thrones night, another healthy pour of FRSB, followed by a big pour of BT.

The BT really benefits from the remnants of FR's fruity sweetness left in the glass.

Another epic episode, BTW.

Spill it! Don't know the sex yet but the baby's name is gonna be Django either way. Wifes not on board yet but we've got another 6 months

1st taste of SAOS 10 really enjoying it great finish.

I know this is a NDP product but these guys have done a great job in selecting barrels. I look forward to tasting their distillate. Their product is irrevocably linked with Yeti in my mind. That is a good thing!

Doing a little celebrating tonight, good news! Enjoyed a nice pour of FRSmB 2013. I haven't touched the bottle since before Christmas. Followed up with a pour of OESK.
